Hey Yall!

Thank you for showing an interest in our Regenerative, Slow-Fermented, American Bison + Beef sticks!

We launched in July 2024 and are so excited to introduce you to our brand and products.

Here are a few reasons why we are different:

Utility

210 calories. 12g protein. 17g fat.

You've likely noticed that our sticks are double+ the size of most sticks on the market.

We formulated them to be large and pack a big punch in terms of their utility.

A combination of high fats and proteins targets the neurotransmitters associated with Drive, Energy, and Focus.

With that in mind, we loaded these with as much fat as we could get away with so that you will be satiated and full of energy.

One MANBAR and you'll be good for a few hours in most situations.

Regenerative

We exclusively source from small, family-owned ranches in the US that practice regenerative principles.

The bison and beef are grass-fed and finished, with the bison being field-harvested and processed on-site.

Regenerative ranchers use principles to optimize soil health via regenerating topsoil, sequestering carbon, and working with nature.  This ensures the animals are living their best lives and ultimately, we get the cleanest product.

Slow-Fermented

Most sticks on the market use encapsulated acids to make their products shelf-stable.

Encapsulated acids (EA) are a nasty little product that are relatively unknown.  EA's are an isolated or synthetic acid encapsulated in a hydrogenated oil.

The isolated/synthetic acid isn't natural, and the oil is of low quality (we aren't talking about tallow or lard!).  These EAs can wreak havoc on digestive systems.

Our process uses a starter culture made from beets to ferment the meat.

This allows for the full profile of the acids to be expressed and introduces probiotics into our sticks.

It all leads to a healthier, gut-friendly option.

American

As stated above, we only source from regenerative ranches in America.

We DO NOT import animals, which, unfortunately, is very common with just about every 'big player' in the meat snack industry.

There's nothing wrong with high-quality meat outside of the US, but we choose to keep the supply chain within our borders allowing us to support our country's health and economy.

Thanks again for showing an interest in our product.
